According to my knowledge that EGCG may help increase calorie burn and help the body use stored fat for energy. Researchers believe that the EGCG may adjust the levels of "hunger hormones," thus reducing the appetite. EGCG is a potent which is extract of green tea. EGCG is not a type of caffeine. Green tea does contain naturally occurring caffeine, of which the quantity is much lower than one finds in a regular cup of coffee. |
