IIT Delhi M. Tech Admission is Announced for GATE Candidates

Admission in M. Tech Courses in IIT Delhi is Being Done by Shortlisting as per GATE Result, and then Conducting Test And interviews.

Eligibility Criteria :

For M. Tech/ M. Tech (High Value Assistantship)/ MS(R) (Direct Admission):

Candidates are required to possess a BE/ B.Tech/ MSc or equivalent degree with at least 75 per cent marks or 8.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale.

GATE Requirements:

The candidates must have GATE score > = 300 or qualifying score whichever is higher.

For M.Tech/ M.Tech (High Value Assistantship)/ MS(R) (Admission with test/interview):

Candidates are required to possess a BE/ B.Tech/ MSc or equivalent degree with at least 60 per cent marks or 6.75 CGPA on a 10 point scale.

GATE Requirements:

The candidates must have GATE score > = 300 or qualifying score whichever is higher.

Application Fee

Candidates belonging to General / OBC category are required to pay for each application form a fees of Rs. 200/- and the Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH categories are required to pay Rs. 50/-.

The Bank Charges will be borne by the candidate.

Selection Procedure

Admission to M. Tech. Programmes are carried out by first short-listing the eligible candidates (meeting the minimum performance in their qualifying degree and scoring above a GATE / CEED cut off specified for that programme and then conducting written test / interview at IIT Delhi.
