JIPMER MBBS entrance exam is the national level medical entrance exam conducted by the Jawaharlal Institute Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Pondicherry (JIPMER) for admission to its MBBS programme.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have passed/appearing the 12th or its equivalent examination from a recognized board in India.

The candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology and English in the qualifying examination

The candidates must have obtained the 50% marks (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH category) in the qualifying examination.

The candidates appearing for the exam must have completed their age of 17 years

There is no upper age limit.

Candidate should be an Indian National.

Application Fee

General (UR)/OBC/NRI/OCI: INR 1000/- plus + transaction charges as applicable

SC/ST/OPH: INR 800/- plus transaction charges as applicable
