Eligible for civil service exam after B.Tech
I have completed B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and want to appear in Civil Service IAS Exam .Am I eligible or not ?

Yes definitely after completion of B.Tech in Electrical Engineering applicants are eligible to appear in Civil Service IAS Exam IAS Civil Service Examination taken by the Union Public Service Commission every year . Eligibility Criteria:- Applicants must hold a Bachelors degree from a recognized University in any discipline . Applicants appearing in their final year degree exam are also eligible to apply Applicants must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years. Exam Pattern: The Examination shall comprise of two compulsory papers of 200 marks each. Each paper will be of two hours duration. Comprehension skills of Class X level will be tested IAS Main Examination Pattern:- The written examination will consist of the following papers :- Qualifying Papers:- Paper-A - 300 Marks (One of the Indian Language to be selected).
