eLitmus Evaluation Private Limited is an Indian company that helps companies in hiring employees for entry-level jobs. The company was founded on 28 March 2005 by the former employees of Infosys. and was promoted by IT recruitment firm Browse Consulting India Pvt Ltd. In its first year of operation, 53 companies, including Fortune 500 companies such as Dell and General Electric hired through pH Test. In May 2012, eLitmus acquired San Francisco based Professional Aptitude Council that had launched GILD in May 2010. pH Test or Hiring Potential Test is an assessment exam conducted by eLitmus. Companies use pH Test as a criterion for hiring employees. Key people -Sandeep Sehgal (Chief Mentor) -Anirvanjyoti Chaudhuri (Chief Executive Officer) -Aseem Marwaha (Director, Corporate Business) -Satish Prasad (Director, Finance & Administration) -Shireesh Jayashetty (Director, Technology & Operations) pH Test uses on-the-job performance feedback provided by select customers, and theoretical psychometric methodologies and standards to continuously improve the test validity. In Question paper there will be 3 sections – Section 1: Quant Section ( 20 Questions) Important topics are: - Number System -Work and time -Permutation -Geometry -Probability You will get 14-16 questions from the above topic and 8-9 correct answers will fetch you to 90-96 percentile. Section 2: DI and LogicalReasoning ( 20 Questions) -DI- tabular data with conditions -5 questions. -Arrangement - 3 questions. -Coding/Decoding based on multiplication Section 3: Verbal ( 20 Questions) -3 RC 4 question in each -Paragraph formation(parajumbles) -Fill in the blank ( appropriate word) -Grammar |
