The HCL is provides Employee First book to its employee. The Employee First Councils are unique platforms offered to employees to collaborate and work toward common visions in chosen fields of interest.

They are democratic councils developed for, of and by HCLT employees to run various workplace programs.

Every year, elections are held to select council members.

The EFCS Transformation HCL implemented a four-phase transformation for its “Employees First” journey. These were:

Using Transparency to Build Trust
Inverting the Management Pyramid
Recasting the Office of the CEO
