Required Qualifications

Three-to-five years of professional work experience in a standard office setting
Advanced or extensive knowledge of and experience using common office productivity software, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to learn and employ WCU’s software, including but not limited to, student database(s) and testing
Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of situations and people simultaneously
Ability to respect and adhere to the strict confidentiality requirements of the College of Osteopathic Medicine
Ability to make mathematical computations quickly and accurately
High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

Professional work experience in a higher education setting (two- or four-year institution)
Bachelor’s degree in English, business, or a related field
Professional work experience using financial, statistical, and/or academics-related software and databases
Professional work experience editing and proofreading
