Two learning objectives for this learning goal are:

1.1 Students can pinpoint problematic areas and analyze the root cause of the problems.

1.2 Students demonstrate the abilities to provide short-term and long-term solutions.

2. Integration of Business Functions.

Students demonstrate their skills in integrating all business functions, including, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Operations Managements.

3. Ethics.
