The ESI Act applicable for non-seasonal factories or manufacturing units, shops & establishments, Private Medical & Educational Institutions employing 10 or more persons.

Apply for:

Shops
Hotels & Restaurants, Clubs
Cinemas, including preview theatres
Newspaper establishments
Road Motor Transport establishments
