Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is a non-profit international student organisation.

The mission is to represent international students, thus provide opportunities for cultural understanding and self-development under the principle of Students Helping Students.

Events and activities held here:

Treasury

Handling the finances, budget planning and approval of sub-budgets for events and trips.
Execute payments and book-keeping tasks
Auditing the Treasurer

PR & Communication

Design and preparation of graphic material as brochures, posters, online banners, videos etc.
communication and promotion through social medias, like Facebook and Twitter
Approaching and negotiating with external partners/sponsors

Events and trips

Organise events at DTU and in the Copenhagen Area, such as:
Bike rides, visits to museums, visits to castles, city tours, pubcrawls, parties, Language Exchanges, Sport events (and participate in the ESN international sports competition in Poland spring 2015)
Organise trips around Denmark and Scandinavia for our students, such as
the Danish Trip, ESN Sea Battle, Trip to Lapland, Møns Klint, Legoland...
Internal events such as game night, party bowling, Christmas/Easter dinner etc.

IT tools and platforms

Managing and updating the different IT tools used such as:
Website, Apps, ESN Wiki, E-mails
Member and event databases
General IT support internally in the section
