IP University Application Form For Financial Assistance Under EWS Scheme

Here I am attaching a pdf file of form

Applicant may enclose documentary proof, if any, for justifying their economic condition and financial requirement of family.

That the total Annual Income of my family from all sources is not more than
Rs. 2,00,000/-

On Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- duly attested by Notary Public

In case the candidate is minor i.e. below 18 years of age; in that case, the affidavit shall be signed by his/her parent/guardian.

Submission of false affidavit is punishable offence.

Sir ipu walo ne link ko update nhi kiya to ham 3..4 friends form nhi bhr paye.inhone 2016..17 hi rkha or usi link par 2017..18 k form fill krwa liye na koi opening closing date.to kya ab ip me jakar ham aage date extend krwa skte h
