The recruitment 2017 exam for Technicians Post at Visakh Refinery of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) was scheduled on 27th August, 2017.

Exam Pattern

Duration of the examination will be 2 Hours.

Total number of questions in the examinations is 100.

All questions of the Computer Based Test are of objective type (multiple choice questions with only one correct choice of answer). Each correct answer carries 1 mark and there is no negative Marking.

Question paper will be in two Parts and in Bilingual – Hindi & English
Part I – General Aptitude Test - 50 Marks
Part II- Technical / Professional Knowledge - 50 Marks

Calculators are not allowed into the examination hall

Extra time will be allowed for PWD candidates in the examination i.e. 20 min/hour.
