Exams for Become A Lecturer
After completing my graduations I want to became a lecturer. So kindly provide me with the exams and various procedures to became a lecture. Hello user I would like to tell you that its indeed a very good decision that you are looking forward to became a lecturer. To became a lecturer you need to appear for NET Examination. So here in response of your question I am summarizing he various necessary details about this examination: I would like to tell you that you will have to sit for the National Eligibility Test (NET) to become lecturer in government colleges. However to do that, you must firstly complete the post graduation course that you are currently pursuing. The National Eligibility Test is conducted in June and December of every year and for this examination you need to have completed post graduation to apply. Please do not worry about the subjects. There are engineering subjects in National Eligibility Test. The NET entrance exam is jointly conducted by the CSIR-UGC. The Engineering subjects exam is conducted by CSIR, which is why you don't see these subjects on the official website of UGC NET. Here I am providing you with some of the Eligibility criteria’s which are as follow: 1. Only citizens of India can apply. 2. A post graduation degree from UGC recognized university. 3. you need at least 55 percent marks in post graduation. 4. If you belong to the SC/ST category then you need 50 percent marks. 5. Final year students are also eligible to apply. 6.You need to submit your degree within 2 years of clearing NET. 7. Your NET subject should be related to post graduation course. 8. There is no limit on number of attempts. Here I awould like to enlist some of the “Age Limit” and various criterias: 1. Age limit for Junior Research Fellowship is 28 years. 2. There is 3 years relaxation for OBC. 3. SC/ST gets 5 years relaxation. 4. There isn't any upper age limit for applying for college lectureship.
