Exemption for Graduates from CA CPT

I am doing preparation of the CA Common Proficiency Test (CPT) exam and heard news that Graduates/ Post Graduates are exempted from writing CPT exams. Will you please provide me link from where I can get detailed news related to this CA CPT exam?
