Selection Procedure
The candidates who wish to join the Banking Programme and the Post of Probationary Officer need to undergo the process of Aptitude Test, Group and Personal Interview.

The selected candidates on the basis of performance in examination will be called for Personal Interview.

The online test paper consists of Reasoning, General Awareness, English and computer Knowledge comprises of 200 questions.

Skills Required
The applicants who seek to apply for the Federal Bank recruitment must ensure that he or she should have completed the Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.

If a particular University has a CGPA pattern, convert it into percentage system. The applicant is required to fill their academic credentials in application form.

Application fee
The applicant is required to pay the online charges of INR 600/- only. All the extra charges during payment have to be borne by the candidate itself.

The youth of reserved categories are required to pay less than unreserved categories.

The applicants who belong to SC, ST have to pay a nominal fee of 300 only.
