The Governor's Secretariat has recorded a FIR against the CMJ University for the charged misrepresentation in recompensing fake degrees and affirmations.

Representative RS Mooshahary, who is likewise the Visitor of the University, had on Tuesday kept in touch with the Chairman of the CMJ Foundation, Chandra Mohan Jha, coordinating the University not to embrace any crisp affirmation of understudies till the arrangement of a qualified Chancellor.

Chief Secretary WMS Pariat told journalists that police have started examination concerning the case since criminal accusations have been recorded against the University.

"Some request is being completed according to the FIR and the examination will investigate the different procurements of law," he included.
