FOCUS on Health and Leadership for Women (FOCUS) is a dignitary subsidized program at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania intended to enhance the enlistment, maintenance, progression and initiative of ladies personnel, and to advance training and research in ladies' wellbeing and authority. FOCUS works together with other therapeutic schools, colleges, national councils, and Women in Medicine (WIM) programs keeping in mind the end goal to investigate institutional change that cultivates a more different workforce in the group of scholastic prescription.
