A tournament is organized among five teams Ahmadabad, Bombay, Calcutta, Delhi and England. This is a round robin league tournament where each team has to play every other team exactly once. For any team, three points are awarded for a win, one point for a draw and no point for a loss. The following table is incomplete even after the end of the tournament.
