Click on Applicant Login Portal

Click on Forgot Application Number Link

Enter Applicant Name,
Applicant Father Name,
Applicant Mother Name,
Date of Birth
Security Pin Number
Press on Get Application Number Button

UPSEE Application Number appears on Screen and send to applicant Email ID
