Candidates should register for appearing in JEE Advanced 2016. Registration is only through the online.

Application procedure

Procedure consists of three basic steps.

Step-1: After login, provide the basic data including the choice of the language of question paper (English or Hindi), the choices of the cities for the examination.

Step-2: Upload the scanned copies of all requisite documents

Step-3: Pay registration fee

A valid e-mail id and phone number

A coloured photograph with full frontal face view

Class X certificate or Birth Certificate

Class XII certificate (if issued)

Scanned copy of candidate’s signature and left thumb impression

JEE Advanced 2016 Eligibility Criterion

1. Candidates should be among 1.5 lakh JEE Main 2016 toppers.

2. Candidates should either fall in top 20 percentile in Q.E or should have scored 75% marks in it.

3. Candidates should have passed 10+2 in 2014 or 2016.

4. A candidate may attempt JEE Advanced exam only twice, that too, consecutively.
