The MBA for the Fully Employed (FEMBA) is offered at California State University, Fullerton by Mihaylo College of Business and Economics This program is designed for working professionals who are looking for a part-time educational option while maintaining full-time employment. Each course emphasizes conceptual, analytical, technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and providing students with the knowledge necessary to become effective leaders. Program Structure Students take one course every 6-8 weeks including summer. Two courses are completed each fall and spring semester and one course in the summer. Classes are offered twice a week from 7:00 to 9:45 PM. This accelerated format enables you to concentrate on one subject area at a time. Program Requirements The Mihaylo College of Business and Economics FEMBA program is designed to support the career goals of our part-time students. The basic curriculum of 45 semester units (15 courses) consists of Foundation Courses (30 units or ten courses) -Emphasize conceptual, analytical, technical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Concentration/elective courses (12 units or four courses) -Students will complete a general concentration that will focus on team leadership, comparative management, financial administration, and marketing. Master's capstone course (3 units or one course) -Supporting student teams completing a major consulting project with an area business.
