Hey!! As per your demand here I am telling you EPMC approved eligibility criteria for domestic RLNG bidders for Participating in bids for supplying RLNG to fertilizer plants of 2015 of GAIL

a. Access to Re-gasification Terminal:

• Party on its own or through its parent company has valid agreement with any regasification terminal in India

Or

• Party owns and operating Re-gasification terminals in India
Or

• Party has valid Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement with any RLNG supplier in India / LNG supplier.

b. Access to Gas Transportation Network

• Party has entered into Framework Gas Transportation Agreement (GTA) with pipeline operators for the contractual path for transportation of RLNG to notified fertilizer plants.

c. RLNG supply capability:

• Party has supplied RLNG/Natural Gas equal to at least 70 MMSCM in the preceding 12 months to customers in India.
