The School of Information and Communication Technology, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida was established in 2009.

The School of Information and Communication Technology started Ph. D. programme in 2010 and school offers Ph.D. programme twice in a year.

The Ph D programme is structured in two phases.


Qualification:
Candidates must have Master’s in Engineering or Technology in major areas of Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering with 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST) in qualifying exams obtained from any of the universities/institutions established and/or approved by law.
