Hello sir I am here as I want to know when is the last date for receiving online applications of Goa CET so will you please tell me about this??

GCET is the Goa Common Entrance Test, to be conducted by DTE Goa for the Admissions to Professional courses MBBS, BDS, BHMS, Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery (BAMS), Allied Health Sciences, B.Sc in Nursing (at Institute of Nursing Education, Bambolim), BE & B.Pharm in colleges of Goa


Important Dates of this Test:

Start of receiving Goa CET Application Form 2016 28 Mar 2016

Last date for receiving applications (form A) and issue of admit cards 02 Apr 2016

Last date for receiving applications and issue of admit cards
(with additional late fees of Rs. 1000/-) 29 Apr 2016

Start of receiving of application forms for Admission (form B/B1) at notified location 19 May 2016

Last date for receiving forms for Admission (from B/B1) at notified location 27 May 2016



Exam Pattern

-There will be four papers – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology.

-Each paper will be of two (2) hours duration.

-Each paper will have seventy five (75) questions.

-The marks to be awarded for answering correctly is one mark (1).

-If the candidate marks incorrect answer, no mark will be awarded.

-There is no negative marking in the GCET exam.



Selection Process

The candidate must have appeared and obtained valid score at the Goa Common Entrance Test GCET conducted by Government of Goa for the year of admission.

Applicant must have at least GCET score of 50% (40% in case of SC/ ST/ OBC and 45% for applicants belonging to PH category) for Medicine and Dentistry Degree courses
