As per my idea at this time there is no any counselling letter is provided for GITAM counselling. The process was closed. Process was done in last month. The GITAM is provides new counselling letter for new upcoming admission in GITAM.

The Eligible rank holders qualified in GAT are required to attend Online Counseling with Call Letter by downloading from university website at any of the following seven centres for admission to B.Tech. / 6 Year Dual Degree (B.Tech. + M.Tech.) / B.Arch. / B.Pharm / M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy programs.

09th to 13th June 2016

Counseling for GAT (PGT) & (PGP)- 2016 Rank holders for Admission to M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy programs.
14th to 16th June 2016

Counseling Fee:
All the candidates who attend counseling have to pay an amount of Rs. 1,000/-

Certificates are required:
Original Certificates with two sets each of photo copies.

GAT Counseling Call Letter
X class or Equivalent pass certificate.
10+2 / Intermediate marks statement and Pass Certificate
Provisional Certificate and all marks statements of qualifying examination for admission to M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy programs.
Transfer , Study and Conduct Certificates.
Integrated Community Certificate in case of SC/ST
Medical Certificate from not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon in case of PH Candidates
Residence Certificate from competent authority
