One needs to choose a test centre, date and slot of their choice by using the GITAM GAT Online Booking System.

One is not issued the e-hall ticket without booking a slot through online booking system. One has to submit Application Number, Gender and Date of Birth, while logging into the online booking system.

One is required to book the slots using the Online booking system as per the scheduled dates. If one has not booked slot, the system will generate the same automatically.


GAT 2016 - Important Dates
11th to 15th April 2016 was the slot online booking dates in 2016. Other important dates are:

Last Date of Receipt of filled in Applications 02nd April 2016
Online Slot booking 11th to 15th April 2016
Download of E-Hall-Tickets 11th April 2016 onwards
Online Tests at different Centres 19th April to 08th May 2016
Announcement of Test Results 16th May 2016
Counseling for Admissions (2016-17) 26th to 29th May 2016


GITAM GAT 2016 Online Slot Booking Procedure:

• One needs to submit the Application Number, Gender and Date of Birth in order to log into GITAM GAT 2016 Online Slot Booking System.
• During the process, one is required to choose a test centre, date and slot of their choice by using the GITAM GAT 2016 Online Booking System.
• One is required to book the slots using the Online booking system as per the scheduled dates i.e., 11th to 15th April 2016.
• If one failed to book slot on or before 15th April 2016, the system had generated the same automatically.
• Only one, who had booked the GITAM GAT Test Slot through GITAM GAT 2016 Slot Booking, were able to download their GITAM GAT 2016 E-Hall Ticket
• One is required to log in later to download their Hall Ticket.
