Re: GMAT or CAT Which is Tougher
GMAT and CAT both are entrance exam for PG admission. Both exams are though for candidates. CAT score is a mandatory requirement for admission into the Indian Institutes of Management and affiliate b-schools/universities in India GMAT score is accepted by more than 6000 programs at approximately 1700 universities and organisations across the globe including 120 b-schools in India. As compare to CAT GMAT is super easy. Candidates can take the GMAT exam max 5 times in 1 year. Candidates can take each exam after every 16 days as per GMAC's new policy. The GMAT exam takes $250 (Rs.16000) for each exam candidates may take. A very high GMAT score will fetch candidates a guaranteed 30%-50% scholarship as an international student. Exam pattern: Writing skills are not tested in the CAT. GMAT has an Analytical Writing (AW) section. The GMAT has one writing task. Exam will be based on following subjects: Critical Reasoning Sentence Correction Reading Comprehension Vocabulary Other Verbal Ability As per my suggestion both are though but in GMAT you have more opportunities to attempt in a year. |
