According to Me the GMAT And MAT Are Both Management Aptitude test the major Difference is Between them the GMAT is A Global Management Aptitude Test that is Taken for Admission Into the Management Institutes of World . On the Other Hand the MAT is A Management Aptitude Test that is Taken by AICTE for Admission Into the Indian Management Institute

In Terms of Difficulty Level As GMAT Is Recognized Globally the GMAT is Tougher As Compare to MAT

MAT is valid for only one year but the score on GMAT is generally valid for 5 years.

Eligibility for both the exam is approximately same... that is candidates have to clear their graduation degree with minimum 50% of marks overall. for GMAT
