The Graduate Management Admissions Test, or GMAT, is the most widely accepted standardized test for business school admissions.

About the GMAT exam

The test is administered by the Graduate Management Admissions Council and accepted by over 5,800 graduate business programs across the globe.

GMAT is an online MBA entrance exam of 3 hours 30 minutes duration.

The pattern of the test is both subjective and objective. The GMAT exam is a computer adaptive test.

This refers that the candidate will get one question at a time and depending on the accuracy of the answer, the difficulty level of the next question will be decided.

Eligibility for GMAT

Any candidate, who is graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institute, is across can take the exam.

The candidates should be minimum 18 years of age.

GMAT Selection Procedure:

The candidates will receive their scores right after completing the test.

The test scores will be valid for 5 years.

After getting shortlisted, the final selection of the candidates will be based on the multiple rounds of selection process such as Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation, Personal Interview and or other rounds conducted by the B-schools.
