MBA or Master in Business Administration of Gulf University for Science and Technology’s (GUST) College of Business is designed to expose to the latest state of the art thinking in managing a business operating in a global environment.

Admission Requirements

• Admission Application.
• Bachelor's degree - or equivalent - in any discipline from locally accredited or internationally recognized university.
• Minimum GPA of 2.67.
• Minimum TOEFL score of 530 (computer 213. internet 80) or IELTS score of 6 (the submitted score must have been obtained during the past two years).
• 2 letters of recommendation.
• Statement of purpose.
• Official transcript(s) and equivalency (if applicable).
• Updated copies of the Civil ID and Passport (and valid residency if applicable).
• 2 personal photographs (white background).
• Updated CV.
• GMAT score, an exit requirement only. A result for GMAT exam is valid for five years.
• Interview (by invitation only).
• Any other supporting documentation.

The MBA program consists of 15 courses (45 credits) distributed as follows:

Core Requirements - 12 Courses (36 credits)

Professional Concentration Electives - 3 courses (9 credits)
No thesis or final project is required.

MGMT 501 Management and Organizational Behavior: Theory and Practice
MGMT 511 Quantitative Methods in Business (must have taken ECON 580)
MGMT 551 Human Resources Management (must have taken MGMT 501)
MGMT 571 International Business Operations
MGMT 581 Strategic Management (must have taken ACC 500, FIN 501, MRKT 505, and MGMT 571)

Professional Concentration Electives (3 courses from the following list):
