Assistant Officer (Security) recruitment in HAL, Aircraft Division,Nasik on Contract basis

Assistant Officer (Security) Grade:I /01-UR

Qualification:
(i) Applicants should have Successful completion of ten months pre Commission training course from the Officers’ Training School, Madras or from any other equivalent Institution under the Defence Forces OR
(ii) Applicants should have Successful completion of one / one and a half years course conducted by the Central/ State Governments qualifying for appointment as Deputy Superintendent of Police/SubInspectors in State Police, Railway Protection Force, Central Reserve Police, Border Security Force; OR
(iii) Successful completion of one year training course conducted by Central Government for those selected for the posts of Intelligence Officers in the Central Intelligence Bureau and Research and Analysis Wing; OR
(iv) Applicants should have Successful completion of Training conducted by the central government for candidates selected for the post of Sub Inspectors in the CISF or successful completion of one year training conducted by Home Ministry, Government of India, for SI in CBI OR
(v) Applicants should have 52 weeks training course of Instructions for IAF Police in the rank of Sergeant, Junior Warrant Officer, Warrant Officer and Master Warrant Officer OR
(vi) Applicants should have Two years PG Degree (M Sc) in Forensic Science & Criminology acquired after (10+2+3) OR
(vii) Applicants should have Two years PG Degree (MA) in the following Subjects, acquired after Graduation (10+2+3): MA – Sociology/ Economics/ Psychology/ Public Administration/ Criminology/ Political Science/ Anthropology/ Human Rights/ Media Studies/ Social Policy/ Public Policy.
(viii) Applicants should have Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA (3 / 4 + 2 years after 10+2) with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Management / Organizational Development / Huma Resource Development / Labour Welfare etc., from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities.
The Applicants possessing the qualifications at Sl.no. (vi) to (viii) should secure a minimum of 60% marks(50% for SC/ST), in aggregate, of all the semesters / year or corresponding CGPA ratings / Gradations in their Qualifying examinations.

Selection Procedure:
For the posts of Assistant Security Officer, the selections will be made through Written Test only.
The Written Test will be of Objective type and 2 ½ hours duration.
