Generally dental problem is not a physical problem. So it will not be a problem during getting chance in Army jobs. But still it will be better for you if you optimize the problem.

Physical Standard--

-Minimum acceptable height is 157.5 cms for Men and 152 cms for Women.
-The Chest should be well developed,fully expanded chest should not be less than 81 cms.
-Better eye is 6/6 and worst eye is 6/9 with or without glass
-Running :- 2.4 Km in 15 minutes
-Push ups :- 13 nos
-Sits ups :- 25 nos
-Chin ups :- 6 nos
-Rope - Climbing :- 3-4 meters
