HCL is a leading Global IT Enterprise limited company at MNC level. HCL has mentioned some Eligibility Criteria for Fresher for on Campus recruitment & Placement, here I am telling you the same:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have minimum 60% marks throughout the career, and should have Graduation degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or in Computer Application like BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ MCA in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, IT.

The placements process has following stages:
Written test
Group Discussion
Technical round for testing knowledge about subject or posts specific knowledge will be judged.
Personal interview or HR round
