The HCL Career Development Centre (CDC) is the IT training and skill development arm of HCL Infosystems.

HCL Career Development Centre (CDC) conducted the Yuva Pratibha Scholarship Exam (YPSE) 2010 for nationwide search for students.

The last YPSE exam was conducted on August 22, 2010.

The objective of YPSE is to provide career enhancement opportunities to deserving individuals and contribute to the nation with skilled ICT professionals and lay the foundation of a sustained economic growth.

The All India YPSE 2010, selected the students on the basis of their merit and will receive 100 percent scholarships from HCL CDC.

Over 60,000 students participated in the exam and on the basis the performance in YPSE and personal counselling sessions, students offered scholarships for the training programs at HCL CDC.

Besides the usual award of scholarships on the basis of YPSE scores and counselling, the top-scoring student from each zone would be short-listed for 100 per cent free education from HCL CDC.

The winner would be decided through a competition conducted by HCL CDC.
