Hi I would like to have information about the HP Anytime service which has been initiated for refill booking of the HP Gas for its clients?

HP Anytime, a 24x7 IVRS based refill booking framework, is a client driven activity propelled by HPCL in light of a legitimate concern for all HPGAS clients. Through this framework, a HPGAS client can call a Single Number over the State to book refills. The Customer would in a split second get a continuous booking number from IVRS. This framework replaces the present routine of manual booking by the showroom staff.

All the refill bookings made through HP Anytime are caught in a focal server and the information is then exchanged to the PC's of particular HPGAS merchants consequently. For those clients who want to book by and by at the HPGAS distributorship, settled telephones are given at all Agencies to associate with IVRS.
