Eligible Criteria for HPCL Recruitment :

Educational Qualification :
For Junior Admin Assistant : Regular Graduation (B.Sc / B.Com/ B.A / Bachelor in Computer Applications) with 50% aggregate marks of all semesters / years with proficiency in computer skills (Typing speed, MS Office – Word, Excel and Power point).

For General Service Assistant : ITI in relevant Trade with 50% aggregate marks of all semesters / years.
Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

For Junior Admin Assistant : 35 years
For General Service Assistant : 38 years

Job Location : All India

Selection Process : Selection will be based on Computer based test (written) & Technical / Professional knowledge.
