Assam Teacher Eligibility Test was conducted for the selection of graduate teachers for Hindi and Sanskrit subjects in Secondary School Education of the state of Assam.

All candidates those who are completed their B.Ed, and want to apply for govt teacher jobs in Assam, they have to qualify Assam TET examination.

Assam TET Online Application form for Graduate Teachers vacancies in Assam as Hindi Teachers and Sanskrit Teachers was started from 01st February 2016 to 15th February 2016. Dates are closed.

Educational Qualification:

For Hindi Teacher:
Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 50% marks having degree or B.A with Hindi subject with 50% marks and B. Ed. /B.T degree from a recognized Institutions/University.

For Sanskrit Teacher:
Shastri with 50% marks having degree or B.A with Sanskrit with 50% marks and B.Ed /B.T degree from any recognized Institutions/University.

Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 38 years
Age relaxation will be 5 years for SC/ST category candidates.
