Percentile method for NEET can be calculated by two methods:

Marks based
Rank based

On the basis of Marks:

If A has scored 295 in NEET and 396 is the highest score obtained by topper of NEET,
Then the percentile of A will be calculated as are follows:
295 x 100/396 = 74.49

On the basis of Rank:

Check the example given below
If you had scored Rank 50 in NEET and appeared students are 6, 00,000,
Then the percentile will be:
[600000-50)/600000] X 100 = 99.99
