The University Grants Commission – NET application form can be filled online through the official page of it. Following are the important dates for filling the form:

Exam Date: 22-06-2014
Date of Start for Online Submission: 10-02-2014
Date of Close of Online Submission: 14-03-2014
Last Date of Receipt of Duly Completed Hard Copy of Online Application Forms:19-03-2014
Last Date of Receipt of Duly Completed Hard Copy of Online Application Forms (From Remote Areas): 25-03-2014

As you can see that all dates are over, so you should wait till the next session start.

Eligibility for NET:
The applicant should have secured at least 55% marks in Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC

NET application form:
You have to apply online by visiting the official website of NET, you need Fill the online application form properly and must upload scanned recent passport size photograph and signature pay the required fees through the Challan and submit it. Then you must take printout of online application form and send it s to the below mentioned address:
