Ranking of this Institute is:

IIT (BHU), Varanasi was ranked #7 on Outlook India's Top Engineering Colleges of 2013

Dataquest's Technology School 2013 ranking placed it at #5

Also in India Today's Best Engineering colleges of 2013 it has been placed at #7

IIT (BHU), Varanasi is ranked 14 in National Institutional Ranking Framework published by Ministry of Human Resource Development in April 2016.
