BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test) is being conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) for granting admissions to various Integrated First Degree Programs of Engineering in the university.

Some tips how to score good in BITSAT:

First cover your +2 level syllabus.

Then practice papers,with time limit restriction from day 1.Use the Arihant book, or any other standard test papers book you can get your hands on.

Then check your accuracy after each paper.

Online tests: If you can give many online exams it would help get used to it but it won't affect your performance positively or otherwise. Nonetheless it is good practice.

Do not take too much stress;it can degrade performance drastically.

Exam pattern:

The examination paper will come in computer based test format.
Candidates can choose their examination Centre as per their convenience.
Examination will be conducted for 3 hours.
There will be total 150 MCQs on Physics, General English, Chemistry and Math/ Biology subjects.
For each correct answer, candidate will be rewarded 3 marks and for each wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted.

Important dates for exam:

The beginning date for online registration – Third week of December 2016
Dead line for gettingreceipt of application – Third week of February 2017
The date for getting examination’s date and Centre – First half of March 2017
Hall ticket will be uploaded from – Second half of April 2017
Date of the examination – Second half of May 2017
Session will be started from – Last week of June 2017
