Common Admission Test CAT exam conducts on a fixed date by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs)

Admit Card Download From October 25, 2016, 01:00
pm till exam day
Test Date November 27, 2016
Result Declaration Mid of January 2017

CAT exam Eligibility

Graduation degree from a recognized institution with minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA during her graduation

Students in the final year of graduation can also apply

Reservation :

Reserved SC applicants:15%
Reserved ST applicants:7.5%
Reserved OBC applicants:27%
People with disabilities:3%

Minimum 45% marks in Bachelor’s degree for Reserved categories (Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PwD)/Differently Abled (DA))

Candidates appearing in the final year of their Bachelor’s Program can also apply

CAT Exam Pattern

CAT is a computer based test.

The test paper will consist of three sections, namely:

Quantitative Aptitude
Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning
Verbal and Reading Comprehension
