Way of Using the ATM Card

Slide the ATM card in slot provided in ATMs

Choose for the following option ( one of them you are interested in )

Cash withdrawal,

Balance enquiry,

Fast cash,

Mini statement and

PIN change

Select services for utility bill payment, institutions' fee payment, donations etc.

Select the language in which you want to be led through the transactions.

Enter Two digit number to check number pad is functioning or not

At the prompt, enter your PIN. Press the "Enter" key.

Select the transaction you wish to conduct (eg: withdrawal/ balance inquiry).

Select the account type (Saving or Current)

Enter the amount carefully in multiple of 100/- (maximum 40,000/-).

Take your cash, card and receipt


Cash Withdrawals

No limit cash Withdrawal / enquiry transactions at the SBBJ Banks ATM

Transactions upto 5 per month are allowed at around 50000 all other ATMs.

If more than 5 transaction in a month at other Bank ATMs, a nominal fees is as under: :-

(i) Cash Withdrawal 20/- per transaction.

(ii) Balance Inquiry 8/- per transaction.
