As you say that you have completed your MCA and want to join the IAS. You definitely appear in IAS exams after MCA. The IAS is the government civil service post for which toughest entrance exam has been conducted by the UPSC department.

Here I am providing you basic eligibility required for the IAS entrance exam. This is as follows:

IAS entrance exam eligibility:

The applicant should be passed the bachelor degree from any recognized university.

The applicant’s age must be between the 21 to 30 years.

AGE RELAXATION:-

OBC = 3 years
SC/ST = 5 years
Ex-Servicemen = 5 years
Physically Handicap= 10 years.

The applicant must be Indian citizen.

Selection process:

1. preliminary entrance exam
2. Main entrance exam
3. Interview etc

Fee:

Rs. 100/-
(No fee for SCs/STs/Physically disabled)

For General 4
For OBC 7
For SC/ST No Limit
