Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) had released notification for recruitment of I.T. Officer (Scale-I), Agricultural Field Officer (Scale-I), Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale-I), Law Officer (Scale-I), HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale-I), Marketing Officer (Scale-I) vacancies through Common Recruitment Process (CRP SPL-V) in the Participating Organizations.

Desirous and Eligible candidates applied online from 23rd November 2015 to 10th December 2015

Educational Qualifications

01. I.T. Officer (Scale-I):

4-year Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation (OR) Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications (OR) Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level

02. Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I):

4-year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Agri. Engineering/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry

03. Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I):

Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level

04. Law Officer (Scale I):

A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council

05. HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I):

Graduate and Full time Post Graduate degree or Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR/Social Work / Labour Law

06. Marketing Officer (Scale I)
:
Graduate and full time MMS (Marketing)/MBA (Marketing) / Full time 2 years PGDBA / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on Written Examination, Interview

Scores:
The scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using equipercentile method. Scores up to two decimal points shall be taken for the purpose of calculations

Cut off Score


Mean - 3/4th of Standard Deviation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD categories
Mean - 1/4th of Standard Deviation for General Category
There will be a second level cutoff point on total as per requirement
Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score, as explained above, to be considered to be shortlisted for interview
