Go through the syllabus and know the encircled topics. This helps the candidate to know the exact number of topics along with their depth.

Subject wise preparation:
For the reasoning section: candidates must practice a lot of reasoning questions from syllogism, Data sufficiency, seating arrangement, direction test, puzzle inequalities etc.

For the English section questions will be from the cloze test, passage, and error finding and error correction. Focus on these questions.

For the Mathematical aptitude section which will carry 50 marks candidates should focus on CI, SI, Partnership, Mixture and allegations, Calculation based questions, square root and cube root etc.

Time Management:
You should have set up proper time management for all sections of specialist officer exam. Students need to give a real time to all chapter questions

Make small notes:
