The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board and ICAR both are different organisations. But the process is same for to get admit card.

After announcement of application for NET exam the organisations are provided for Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board and ICAR NET exam before 7 days and one month.

The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) was established on 1 November 1973 as an independent recruitment agency in pursuance of the recommendations of the Gajendragadkar Committee.
