The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Jharkhand prevalently known as The ICFAI University, Jharkhand was built up under sub-Section (2) of Section 4 of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University Act, 2006 (Jharkhand Act 08, 2007). The University is perceived by UGC under area 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956 and is enabled by UGC to honor degrees under Section 22 of UGC Act, 1956. The University is an individual from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

The University is focused on making and dispersing learning and conferring abilities in center and wilderness regions through creative instructive projects, look into, counseling, distributing and industry temporary jobs building up another framework of subjects with an abnormal state of fitness and profound feeling of morals and duty to the code of expert lead.
