IES Date Birth

Hy Dear I am General student and my date of birth is 11 September 1988 and I want to apply for the IES exam so please can you tell me that how can take part in this test if I am a 24 years old now please reply as soon as possible?

As per Eligibility Rule of engineer Institute of India:
IES candidate lower age limit is 21 and upper age limit is 30. you are only 24 years old so if you are eligible to qualification criteria of IES exam than you can apply for IES exam.
