At the undergraduate level, Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi offers two programs – in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE).

IIIT Delhi 2014 B.Tech Important Dates:
Delhi Candidates:
Availability of Online Applications: June 2, 2014
Last Date for Applications: June 23, 2014
Merit List announcement: June 23, 2014
Counselling: June 28, 2014

Outside Delhi Candidates:
Availability of Online Applications: June 20, 2014
Last Date for Applications: July 11, 2014
Merit List Announcement: July 16, 2014
Counselling: July 18, 2014

IIIT Delhi 2014 B.Tech Eligibility:
Applicants must have secured 80% in Class XII or equivalent in aggregate as well as 80% in Mathematics too
Applicants should be less than 25 years of age as on the October 1, 2014.
IIIT Delhi 2014 B.Tech Selection Criteria: On the basis of the JEE Main 2014 scores and the Class XII marks in the ratio of 60:40.
Bonus marks which are given for achievements in various areas like Olympiads, programming contest, national talent search, sports, culture, chess, etc.
